In the first part of this video series on how to create a shooter style video game in Adobe Flash, we created our main characters, made them move, and shoot. In the second part, we animated our characters. In this third part, we will add an animated background. You could create a static background that doesn't move, if you want. I definitely prefer backgrounds that move, so let's get to it.
A video tutorial of the steps we will take here is presented below. There's no need for any coding in this step. We will just be drawing and animating here.
